Well, I suppose it depends how much you wanna spend. I'm no traveller, but I'd guess that the inner city hotels will be bucket loads more than some motel 10k out of town.
If you're prepared to use a tram (which, once they make all their stops, are slower than a pushy) or train, you could get some joint for
well under a 100 bucks a night. If I were you, I'd be staying east, south east, or inner north -- much safer than the westies
