In 2017 I rode 307 miles in 19 hours of pedaling at Bike Sebring 24 hour so been there and it's not that hard. Rode 102 miles last Saturday and 130 miles Thursday. Being retired and starting around midnight to 3AM with NO SUN makes for nice comfortable riding.
I try to confine my distance riding to daylight hours, so the most I've done in aday is 168 miles, and I thought that was nuts.

I did back-to-back centuries this weekend, and I must admit the heat Saturday made me feel pretty ragged by the end of Sunday. Probably nothing compared to FL.

I discovered a weird weather phenomenon this weekend. Both days it was super-humid in the morning even while it was relatively cool. I found that the moisture in the air was condensing on my sunblock, actually making me feel really warm and clammy. Blecccccch. On Sunday, I actually felt a lot cooler as the temperature rose and the humidity dropped.
