Now to decide which tire as I want something that handles gravel a bit better than the stock standard ones (yet still fast on the road). The three I am looking at are:

Schwalbe G-One Speed (700x35)
Schwalbe G-One AllRound (700x35)
Panaracer GravelKing SK (700x35)

Wouldn't mind getting the tire with a brown sidewall too which I think will compliment the metallic frame nicely. Thoughts on tires?

You might be able to squeeze in tires up to 38-40mm wide. How about Vittoria Terreno Dry? They come in 33c (33-622) and 38c (40-622). Or Hutchinson Overide 35 or 38? Are you thinking of going tubeless?
