Id love to know how you work that out. Seems like a black art to me. Seems I drink about a biddon of fluid ever 1.5 hours, but that seemingly might not be enough. Went for a 120 km ride last tuesday and tried to drink a shedload only to get sick of drinking 3/4 of the way through. Felt shocking the whole ride to. I definitly need to apply more science to this riding gig. I'm finding out I'm not as bulletproof as I thought.
