To the rest of you guys discussing hydration, you're made. 500ml/hour? I drink 3 litres a day, just at the office. I need to hydrate and watch my blood sugar. For any kind of hard riding, I need a Powerade or similar for every 2 bottles of water. Berny, drink cold water with a bit of lemon for flavour throughout the day, every day. You can't just load up out of the blue. If you guys all start drinking more water on a regular basis, you'll be in better shape when you train hard or compete. It also pays to take a good look at your salt and mineral intake, as well as blood sugar.
