That's one of the things I liked (and why I bought) the Canyon - they don't seem to play the "Hey, only pay attention to the standard brochure bullet points - Carbon Frame! Ultegra Drivetrain Disk Brakes, and ignore all the places we saved money like the cheap wheels, tires, saddle, and/or our private label bar, stem, saddle, wheels... " game. The Canyons are spec'ed like we'd build a bike - Fizik saddle, Schwalbe tires, DT Swiss wheels, etc. (well, some of us anyway). I love the RWS thru bolts.
