Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

The chamfers are to improve shifting performance with derailleur systems. On a non-derailleur, single speed/fixed gear bike they are superfluous. And if your drivetrain uses 1/8" components, the X9 won't fit. Get a 1/8" SRAM PC-1 or KMC Z510 or really any 1/2" x 1/8" chain and save a few bucks as well.

N.B. 1/8" chain will work fine with either 1/8" or 3/32" drivetrain components, or any combination thereof, but 3/32" chain will not seat on any 1/8" cog or chainring.
