There are all available at woolies yeah? Nobodies recommending powerbars so I know not to get them. Might have one each of the Dog and enervit bars for dinner tonight to see which one's nicer.

BTW, me and a mate who's doing the Alpine have this strange history where I think for 90% of the organised events we do which involve riding or running, we'll get bucketed on. Good to see we are keeping up our track record.
