It's a cycle shop sticker. If you use Google maps and input "12 Rue Carnot Versailles" (which is on your decal), you'll find photos of a current Peugeot Cycles dealership, main building at 14 Rue Carnot, and a building across the side street at 12 Rue Carnot, called Revert Pro, with lots of motor scooters in front of it. Apparently, a prior cycle dealer named Trottam/Prottam? was there when your bike was sold.
