No, it was definitely at 90 PSI.

I was having problems with the tires losing pressure. I'd installed the tire initially about 5-6 days before and had ridden them several times. Because the tires would lose pressure when sitting for a few hours, I had to air them up right before I went for a ride. On the evening before the tire blew off, I aired the tire up to 100 PSI. I think the exact number was 101.5 PSI. Then I went and rode for 2 hours. I could tell the tire had lost some air during the ride, so I checked the pressure as soon as I got home. It was about 90 PSI. (I think the exact number was 89.5 PSI).

I don't know how long the tire sat before it blew off, but it was between 11PM when I finished my ride and 5:30 AM the next morning when I went out to ride.
