While not very confidence inspiring, that lug probably isn't any big deal. Voids and incomplete brazing are unfortunately somewhat common on production bikes. I've seen several cases of separated lugs, where only the paint, or a mm or so of filler was holding things together, sometimes for decades.

If the rest of the lug was properly brazed, it should last as long as anything else.
