+1 on the Brooks. I recently picked up a '78 Peugeot PR10 and it came with a Brooks Professional, not original, but it looks good, and rides nice. I have two other vintage bikes with Brooks B17s, and actually like them better, but it may be a fitting issue, since I haven't had the Peugeot as long.
