SR, Ofmega, and Gipiemme also made copies of the Campagnolo Record crank, but I don't think that's what you're asking.
I don't know who makes them, but there are fairly cheap CNC'ed cranks to be found on eBay that look the part (but 130 bcd rings, not 144). Just search for "CNC crankset" and you'll find this one:
