There are given definitions and personal definitions and as with LAWS there are varying interpretations that opens the doors to events occurring not necessarily expected to happen when the laws were adopted. Charges Pending, Charges Files, Prosecution Undertaken, Defensive Argued, Summations, Judge's Instructions and jurors who at times do not follow the Rules Set Forth By The Judge and come to an inappropriate decision.
