Frame is three tube Columbus DB.
Pedals were Sheffield.
Ordinary quality headset, probably from OFMEGA.
Plain steel saddle pillar.
Wheels had FIAMME red label tubular rims.
Two other liveries were green and brown.

i skipped right over the headset. The one that came with the frame as I bought it doesn't have any markings that I see, but is distinguished by the top cup adjustment - pin holes in the sides, not wrench flats. My frame is blue like the OPs.
