Probably not a challenge for you, but ... I think the distance will be fine for me by that time, but I will need to work on the climbing.
Our typical rides around our house in Piedmont NC are 3000’ of hills over 60 miles. No long or steep hills but lots of rolling hills scattered throughout the ride. It’s actually nice as it allows some coasting as needed.

I’ve thought about driving up and doing Dairyland Dare (I think that’s the name) one day but we’ll see.....Riding around where I live was great prep for my XC trip as the average climbing per day was probably half what I normally do. But there were several days with a good bit of climbing. Oregon, Yellowstone and NY.....
