The Farm Bill that passed a few weeks ago removes the federal restrictions on hemp for food products. They are now only regulated by the FDA, who says it's all good as long as you don't make medicinal claims that have not met FDA approval. For instance you can't say that your hemp beverage cures muscle pain as that is a medical claim.
