Despite Canyon at first being recommended to me as good value,
I've been disappointed in their customer service standards.

In December 2018 - ordered Canyon Grail AL 7.0 (2.199,00 AU$), despite 3 month dispatch time (March 2019)
In January 2018 - Canyon advised "Sorry" the order has been delayed will dispatch in July 2019

In February 2018 - substituted initial order with more expensive Grail CF SL 7.0 scheduled for the original order's dispatch time (March 2019)
In February 2018 - Canyon advised "Sorry" the order has been delayed will dispatch in April 2019

My inquiries for a bike began in November 2018. I have no bike in the meantime. I've since read about the experiences of others with Canyon on these threads, they are illuminating.
