The script logo on the arms was really introduced with the Colbalto calipers, which were an offshoot of the 50th Anniversary calipers.
these I would call at their core, Victory. With substituted pads and holders from Modolo and mismatched adjusters, the tall one being much later.
the chrome plating guides me to Victory, as I recall, and might be off, Triomphe used cad plating on the quick release.

the simple, open, shut QR worked well enough but was not the cool eccentric of the Record offering.
