Going through the internet, including past threads in our very own forum, I’m getting mixed messages. One set of folks say it’s levers only, and another says it’s levers, and aluminum pad holders. And yet a third claim points out the presence (or lack there of) of black plastic covered tire guides.

One thing is clearly evident to me however... Campy sure has done a good job at creating a fair amount of confusion along it’s way.

I have what’s obviously SR levers, that we’re sold to me with what we’re stated to be SR calipers. However, the pad holders are steel which according to info I’ve gathered led me to believe they’d actually be NR. But then the plastic covered tire guides would suggest SR if other claims have been accurate. At this point, I’m perfectly content to not fret over things, and to simply accept that the calipers I have are... Record!
