First, that was 21yrs ago and I locked up my property good since then. Second, I would beat the snot out of both those guys today if I had the chance, wish I had the chance back then lol. I let the law do it's thing which got me nowhere, now I wouldn't.

If you hit them, you are guilty of assault. Out here in California, theft is no longer a crime. You will not be arrested or prosecuted for it. People who were in prison for it have all been released.
