Try Classic and Vintage.

That looks like a fubar to me. I can't tell for sure from the picture but it looks to me like somebody didn't know how to work the seat post QR and put a seat post in there that has eventually slipped down the seat tube.

If I'm right AND you can get the old seat post out, that's a pretty easy fix. The trick will be getting the old one out non destructively.
