I don't see any suspension on the seatpost.

The prices I see around here (or perhaps wish for) would put the bike somewhere in the $300 to $400 range if in perfect condition, ready to ride.

As-Is, probably closer to $200.

As a non bike person, you could give it a good cleaning, but if you have to hire work to get it in tip condition, then it could get expensive fast. And, there are many buyers that would prefer to do the work themselves.
