I've gotten 10 replacement Li packs over 15 years IMO do not look for best price at all. There are a number of battery builders above in this forum and they, like me, have learned the hard way to not buy best price but to find the best quality and pay for it. Member here Lin_Latte looks like a good bet and there are others.
