windsor hour, khs flite 100, entry level fuji track... all those roughly 300-400 dollar bikes are pretty similar to each other. they're very entry level, with components that are less than desireable.
IRO, on the other hand, is an entry level bike that comes with high value components. its basic wheelset is solid, well loved, quite desireable while being affordable. the kind of components that you don't need to replace as soon as you realize that you really like riding fixed and deserve quality gear.
