How are these two even comparable? If any IRO would be compared to the valu-pak track bikes it would be the Mark V. The Jamie Roy is an Aluminum CX-style bike with room for fatties and fenders. The Windsor is a steel track bike. Totally different geometries and materials. Pick which will actually work for what you want.

I'm not even going to get into the difference in components.
