You are right about the 170 mm crank arms.

He's kind of picky about keeping stuff original. Otherwise I have a nice crankset off a Nishiki International (badly dinged downtube) I could send him.

While in theory I like keeping bikes like that original all my bikes are changed from factory spec. The only bike I have that might be a considered a classic though is a 72 Fuji Finest.

He has a Sports Tourer and a Touring Paramount.
