I have a similar set of those wheels... I found one sticker noting 7400 series, so the set I have was "Dura-Ace" level. for what it was worth, and one wheel has a Saturn pro team ID label.
They ride well, are true thankfully, kind of worried how well they would accept any spoke adjustment.
