Bitten again!

Just picked this up from the local classifieds for $100C
All the bonding seems tight, tubes are straight, almost no scratches, but will need some attention.
can anyone tell me anything about this beast? Particularly the odd wheelset.
Probably going to keep it as flat bars, with thumb shifters.
thanks,
Brian

Bikes: centurion cinelli equipe, look hinault 753, Zunow z-1, 83 stumpy sport

as a certified idiot I really like bonded frames. For the most part it has worked out fine, but have been bitten once - everything looked fine until it was built up and I put serious pressure on the bond.. and movement.

so that was 1 out of 5, so 20% - not great but i tell you the ride of the ones that do work- is well worth the one that did not. Recently I have been on my bonded alu and carbon/kevlar/ceramic (they were experimenting) look almost every day and it is - without a doubt- the finest ride I have. it beats my reynolds 753 Look, it beats the custom tange Zunow, it beats tange 1 ironman, it beat my pinarello, it just wins. Sure, at some point it may explode and kill me, but before that--- it is sublime.

so yeah. rock the bonded frame.

I have a similar set of those wheels... I found one sticker noting 7400 series, so the set I have was "Dura-Ace" level. for what it was worth, and one wheel has a Saturn pro team ID label.
They ride well, are true thankfully, kind of worried how well they would accept any spoke adjustment.

The hubs are beautifully made, I would like to keep them if possible. I cannot find a number on them and even google searches turn up little info. It appears to be a regular J spoke installed 180 degrees out. The nipples I am not so sure about. On the back wheel it seems as though a plumber has trued the wheel with a pipe wrench. I bet I could find or rethread spokes to fit but some of the nipples are a bit trashed.
I am going to turn this into a flat bar screamer for our local rail trail.
