By the way Jerry- does that bike have the spectacularly deep Imron finish- where it looks like you can dip your finger "into" the paint?

Whenever descriptions of Trek's blue bikes come up- and I've read of people saying the paint is "meh," I don't know if those people have actually seen the bikes in person- where that depth usually doesn't come across in photographs- it looks like it might be from the sparkle on the TT by the seat lug. I love seeing that paint in the morning sunshine! I remember the first day after getting my 84 Trek 420, taking pix in the back yard- and I was seriously giddy seeing how awesome that paint looked. My 620 and 400 Elance have a lot of the same depth- and seeing the sun sparkle on those really makes me smile.
