Knocked off work early to go to CD race. Was dry all the way to the Toronto exit, then that stupid drizzle all the way to the (locked) gates of the velodrome. No CD again this week. No loss, Australia Day racing on at Kooragang.

With three fellow Coasties in B grade the $100 looked like it was in the bag. Two of us were off the front putting some pain into the legs of those in the pack, while the other two stayed in the pack and were going to the front whenever we came back for a rest. It was all working bewdifully, and we hadn't organised a thing before the race. Until I punctured. DOH!! And there's no lap out for a mech due to the 8.5km course length.

Two races blown outta the water in less than 15 hours. that sux. At least Guy Page held on for 2nd in the sprint.
