Been to multiple bike stores to try on men's summer cycling bib shorts. The inseam is always so long; results in a weird tan line when I wear casual shorts. Anyone know a manufacturer who has shorter inseams on bib shorts?
On a related note, why are inseams so long? Is it style or function?
Not quite sure but think it has to do with compression of your leg muscles .when I started cycling a few years back I bought a cheap pair on Amazon not sure if they even carry them anymore. But they are called santic think they were about 30 bucks or so .but they ran on the short side still have them 4 years later and wear them as u said to get a better than line when wearing regular shorts they seem to work ok for that wouldn't use them on rides more than 40 miles tho not the most comfortable shorts but are ok
