I think your only option is R2400 claris shifters. R2000 uses an updated front derailleur design you've have to purchase as well if you want that updated shifter style with hidden cables. You'd be better off buying a whole groupset though if your chain and cassette are even somewhat worn however as the shifters are a significant portion of the entire cost
