I recently asked them a fairly technical question and within 24 hours they had responded with a detailed response, including a recommendation *not* to buy the product they were selling, because it would likely not work for my specific application (Rustines half-hood with Mafac dual cable tandem brake lever). Agreed - they are amazing.
