He said all of the air. Clearly not a reader of bikeforums. I told him clearly this is not normal and he should get it fixed.
He is pretty high up in that huge financial services company in town that starts with Van and ends with Guard so he likely has $$$$ so he outsources all his wrenching, but in this case he got screwed. Sad!
