My ultimate bribe in getting my wife to ride was in getting her a Brompton. A woman-specific Susan B bike from Terry was also helpful. Right now I work on getting her to ride in the rain and I got her an Italian commuting coat with a female cut. By all signs she loves it and I think I got a toe in the door
