Pimping a Dahon- any tips?

Back in May, I bought a used Dahon Speed Uno for my sister's birthday.
If my sister has any inclination towards using her (requested) folding bike, I'm thinking of pimping it out.

So far:
the bike is wrapped in a sleek, black, retroflective vinyl.
added a Crane E-ne bell.
added a fancy female specific saddle.

If she likes the bike (and starts actually using it), any suggestions?

Something really attractive to carry her stuff....check out Po Campo bags and the Linus Sac. A nice riding windbreaker and really cute helmet (not exactly on the bike). Helmets:
Yakkay, Bern, Nutcase. You can always put a colored chain and colored tires on it for bling but aside from grips and saddle, there's not much "cute" - the rest is all mechanical. Does she care
about that?

You're a nice sibling!

If she's going to be a "serious" (no, there's no accepted definition of that) rider, then lights are nice. Everybody's got an opinion, but you won't go wrong with a Cygolite Dash 460 front lamp and Planet Bike Grateful Red rear.

If she's not a serious rider, then how about some Reelight CHPs? Always there if you need them; no batteries to go dead.

Or maybe I've completely misunderstood what you meant by 'pimp'. Monkeylectric:

Get her a lock and a mount for the lock if it is fancier than just a cable.

Don't buy a cable lock.

I'm tempted to get a Brompton front luggage conversion, and a Valeria basket bag.

I still need to get her to ride it.

She rode it once. Said wow. And largely just leaves it in front of my workbench at my parents house

My ultimate bribe in getting my wife to ride was in getting her a Brompton. A woman-specific Susan B bike from Terry was also helpful. Right now I work on getting her to ride in the rain and I got her an Italian commuting coat with a female cut. By all signs she loves it and I think I got a toe in the door .

It may have more to do with the difference in dynamics between siblings and couples. If you were a SO you might get more traction
