i am not from Europe. i know KTM makes quality motorcycles and unless they decided to crap out on their bicycle line, i would definitely chose the KTM.
you are contemplating the frame size way too much.
I think this KTM bikes has nothing to do with ktm motorcycles: they are tottaly different manufactory.. just has the same name..
maybe a little bigger frame (cm or so) is more confortable than i little smaler?
When using calculators i calaculated something between 21 and 22 for hartail c to top...
calculators ar SO differrent.. it is hard to get the same results with differrent caluclators..
