Cheer up, I didn't finish the 200 either...my S720 said 44 deg coming up tawonga gap...arrived at Bright & was heading out to Buffalo when I saw about 30 bikes leaning up against the front of the 'Star' hotel....including me mates....that broke my spirit!.......10 pots later I didn't feel like riding up buffalo anymore!...fark it was hot....we were there 10 days & the coollest was 34 deg....there outta be a law against riding in that weather.....or at least beer at the check points!

You were doing the Alpine this year? Poor bastid. Probably one of the maniacs trying to take me out as I was climbing falls when they were descending. I rekon 10 beers after going out to falls and back would have killed me. You obviously still had a lot of steam left. Oh well. You probably would have just stacked it on some wet tar coming off Buffalo and went off a cliff, so best to kill your kidneys instead.
