That's a higher dose than I take. I started out at 175mcg soon after my surgeries to remove my thyroid, then a few months later the doctor reduced the daily dose to 150 mcg. I felt great at both doses, but he monitors my hormone levels and said they were a little high at 175mcg, and I have been at 150mcg for about seven years now, and each time he checks my levels he says everything looks fine at that dose. Interesting to see another person's daily dosage of levo, who has no thyroid at all, like me.; thanks for posting that
