Needs some Campy stickers to go along with the Univega and S-Works decals.

Agree about the fork -- looks wonky.

For free it might be a good fixer upper for an errand bike, if there's no frame damage along with the frokked fork.

But I'm a sucker for Univega, especially the Bi-Axial Power Oval frames and splattertastic Pollack paint.
