Easy. Start it with a center punch, then use a good bit with high speed, low pressure, and cutting oil. Hardest thing is holding the work if you don’t have a press.
Hmmm...I was looking for an in situ fix.
It’s my daughter’s car. Exhaust pipe broke at flange where it attaches to muffler. I want to get a pair of split flanges and make the connection but I suspect split flange bolts won’t clear existing flange. So looking for a way to shave down or drill through existing flange without removing it.
