He is super nice guy who just restored my Laing from the dead by doing the impossible (according to the internet) cold setting to a Reynolds 753R Laing frame that had a bent fork and frame. After 5200 terrific miles on the straight as an arrow frame I had Andy paint it last month and he got decals directly from Colin who he knows.
