But aside from it looks like it could be a whole lotta fun. It's like a hybrid road/crit course with plenty of technical aspects and two hotdog sections. Plenty of places for people to try to 'run and hide', and two nice long sections for riders to guage how far away the break is.
Definitely a course for the strong men. Nothing in it for the hill freaks. Sprinters will be licking their lips because all they have to do is hold on and get their team mates to close down any little breaks.
I bet that it won't be a bunch sprint. Course is too technical. 175km of jumping out of corners!
There are places on the course where you can see the race 3 times per lap!!! I'm going to go down for a look.
Ed said a while back he wouldn't go across the road to see the Commonwealth Games

You have to at least go for a look.
