IIRC, it was the first of the external bearing bottom brackets, early to mid 1990s or so.

Threaded bearing cups, so they ought to simply unscrew with the appropriate wrench (16-notch).

Measure the diameter of your cups to get the matching size wrench.

Rumor has it that a Shimano Hollowtech tool fits, but it's best to check the dimensions yourself. Park Tool says their BBT-9 wrench diameter is "approximately 44mm".
