Does anyone have any ideas about pulling this Alex Pong Magic Motorcycle BB?

IIRC, it was the first of the external bearing bottom brackets, early to mid 1990s or so.

Threaded bearing cups, so they ought to simply unscrew with the appropriate wrench (16-notch).

Measure the diameter of your cups to get the matching size wrench.

Rumor has it that a Shimano Hollowtech tool fits, but it's best to check the dimensions yourself. Park Tool says their BBT-9 wrench diameter is "approximately 44mm".

...I have removed something similar with a lock ring pliers, but I was lucky and it came out easily using those and some ATF/acetone mix on the threads. If your plan is to pull it out and replace it with something else, you could probably figure out a destructive method (assuming you have no lock ring pliers.)
