Youse blokes,
seeing how a few of you (not sure exactly how many) race, I was wondering if any of you had any tips/advice fer someone thinking of having a bash.
There's a club nearby that does crits through summer and rr through winter which sounds like a bit of fun.
I'm an ex road racer : motorsickles, and really miss my adrenaline hits.
I'm 39, reasonably fit and usually ride 20-25 hours a month, got two jobs, two kids and need a new outlet.

Oh, and what's the deal with grading? Do they do some sort of grading race or do you just start at the very bottom?
