Parts conjecture:

-Shifters look like Suntour Superbe (LD-2000)

-Crankset does look Campyish but keep in mind SR, Sugino, and Shimano all had very close copies of Campy cranksets in the 70s. Could be SR Royal, Sugino Mighty Competition, Dura Ace, etc... You can only really see the chainrings anyway.

-Triangle-style quill stem is probably Dia Compe product. Might be GB.

-Brakes look cheaper than Campy. I'd also guess Dia Compe
