Possibly A Paramount ???
In my hunt for old bikes I ran across this the other day and want to know if this is possibly a Paramount. No I did not take the photo and no I can’t get more at the moment .. it has what appears to be chromed lugs and what I’m guessing is a Campagnolo drive train based on this photo.. the seller has been pretty blunt with me they won’t take the time to measure the frame , all they’ve said is that it’s a schwinn which I’m not certain of cause there’s decals or a head badge.. all I’m doing is going strictly off the photo

Paramount never used:
this lug pattern
this fork crown
this seat binder treatment
this clamp on chainstay stop
---
seat tube water bottle looks to have been done with pop rivet type fittings
---
frame appears Japanese production, T-Mar may be able to ID

Parts conjecture:
-Shifters look like Suntour Superbe (LD-2000)
-Crankset does look Campyish but keep in mind SR, Sugino, and Shimano all had very close copies of Campy cranksets in the 70s. Could be SR Royal, Sugino Mighty Competition, Dura Ace, etc... You can only really see the chainrings anyway.
-Triangle-style quill stem is probably Dia Compe product. Might be GB.
-Brakes look cheaper than Campy. I'd also guess Dia Compe

Mu immediate inclination was an Acer-Mex product, based on what appears to be Cinelli style binder-stay cap arrangement and the chrome treatment. The drive train looks like mixed Japanese to me. I also think the shift levers looked like Superbe/Cyclone but the rear derailleur appears to be Shimano. The crankset looks like an SR or Sugino. The bottle bosses do appear to be owner additions.

Windsor Super Carerra or similar Windsor model from the same time period. Fork crown and rake is a dead giveaway along with the seatlug, and the Gran Compe stem was OE on these.
I can't tell from the picture if those are rivnuts or not. If they were brazed in, it'd explain the missing red seattube panels.
