I'll pull out and reinstall the cartridge sometimes and if that still pumps air I'll install a new cartridge, the old one gets scraped out and into the bench top container. It is the one aspect of these guns that I wish was different. Andy
I'm pretty sure the Park grease gun is just a rebranded Duelco and those are refillable from a bulk grease tub or large cartridge. When repacking the can you have to be careful to prevent voids in the grease fill. Even with a lot of care I sometimes get an air pocket and have to do the purge that was mentioned above to restart the grease flow.
